The Parthenon.

The Parthenon is just one of the buildings that can be seen on the Acropolis. The Parthenon was dedicated to the goddess Athena and was built in the 5th century BC.

The Odeon Irodou Attikou (Odeon of Herod Atticus) is a Roman theatre from the second century AD, also known as the Herodeion.

Music, dance, and theatre performances continue to this day as part of the annual Athens summer festival.

Delphi, on the side of Mount Parnassus.
