Welcome to the Georgia Chapter page! If you currently live within our chapter area and are not receiving event invitations, please take a moment to join the Fulbright Association here.

The Georgia Chapter of the Fulbright Association, run by a Board of volunteers, all of whom have shared the Fulbright experience, offers a number of dynamic and educational programs for our members and visiting Fulbrighters. We serve about 130 members and 100+ visiting scholars at academic institutions around the State. Our members and our directors, who represent the diversity of our State, work in academia, industry and government. Most of our members and scholars reside in Atlanta, Athens and Savannah, but there are Fulbright alums at most of our academic institutions around the State. The primary goal of the Chapter is to support our visiting Fulbright scholars by providing them with practical assistance and sharing with them our American culture and values. To do this, we offer programs that are interesting and topical, allowing members to interact with the younger generation of Fulbright scholars.

For up-to-date Georgia Chapter information, visit this webpage, join the Georgia Chapter’s Facebook to keep up with coming events and interact with fellow Fulbrighters in the area. Anyone can join the group and we encourage you to do so.
